  摘 要:目的：探讨精神分裂症患者家属焦虑情绪对患者临床治疗情况的影响。方法：对300例精神分裂症患者按照家属按照汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行焦虑评分。分析患者的治疗效果及家属焦虑情绪对患者治疗效果的影响。结果：所有患者经治疗2周后简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、阴性症状评定量表(SANS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及临床疗效总评量表(CGI)评分比较均较治疗前明显改善(t=6.742，P=0.000；t=7.342，P=0.000；t=9.803，P=0.000；t=4.947，P=0.000)。同时患者家属HAMA评分与患者CGI评分改善程度存在显著的负向直线相关关系(R=-0.834，P=0.000)。结论：精神分裂症患者家属焦虑情绪可显著影响患者的临床治疗效果，临床也应重视对患者家属情况的调节。

 Abstract:objective:To study the families of patients with schizophrenia anxiety of patients with clinical treatment effect.
