【摘要】本文简述了2型糖尿病胰岛素治疗的必要性，适应性及方法。胰岛素治疗的方法分为补充治疗和替代治疗。笔者介绍替代治疗的一些方法，在临床上收到较好的效果。在强化血糖控制同时减少低血糖发生，特别介绍胰岛素使用中剂量与体重关系，如何选择剂量，不同胰岛素方案等。
