【摘 要】目的 采取摄入碘盐前后甲状腺疾病的变化。根据富拉尔基区平均碘摄入量，了解甲状腺疾病的发生原因。结论 随着食用碘的应用，甲状腺疾病患者明显增多，甲状腺疾病谱构成也发生了明显改变，尤其是甲亢发病率明显增高，与碘摄入量增多明显相关，但补碘后各种甲状腺疾病发病率变化的最终模式仍有待进一步观察。
