【摘 要】目的 进一步对实验室检查对轮状病毒感染引起腹泻的诊断价值进行分型和探讨。方法 选取574名0～7岁腹泻患儿进行大便轮状病毒检测，大便常规作为本次的研究对象。结果 通过早期实验室检查均可发现轮状病毒。结论 轮状病毒是引起婴幼儿腹泻的主要病原体，检测粪便中的轮状病毒是临床诊断和对症治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的重要依据。
