【摘要】 肌肉减少症(肌少症)和骨质疏松症是老年人增龄过程中不可避免的2种疾病。肌量减少影响身体平衡，肌少癥患者跌倒及骨折风险高。骨质疏松症表现为骨量减少和骨组织微结构破坏，骨折风险增加。尽早对骨质疏松症及肌少症进行干预治疗，可降低老年人跌倒发生率和骨折率，提高生活质量。有学者称肌少症与骨质疏松症为“活动障碍综合征”，两者关系紧密。该文将从概念、危险因素、发病机制、流行病学、诊断标准和治疗方面对两者的相关性及研究进展进行综述。
