到目前为止，对于VPTR的治疗方法已有多种。如冷冻、视网膜激光光凝术联合玻璃体腔注射抗VEGF、巩膜放射敷贴以及手术治疗等[7-10]。但上述治疗对于患者视力的改善并无明显效果，其主要作用在于对病情的控制。
