[摘要] 目的:了解婴儿乙型肝炎e抗原(HBeAg)与其母亲HBeAg的关系,以及HBeAg在婴儿体内的清除情况。方法:从2008年3月至2009年12月在本院住院分娩妇女中,随机选择乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性孕妇101例,剔除其中3例发生宫内感染者。98例母亲中HBsAg单一阳性者27例,HBsAg及HBeAg阳性者71例。对应的婴儿98例,婴儿出生时乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBV DNA)及HBsAg均为阴性。观察婴儿HBeAg与母亲HBeAg的关系及清除情况。结果:HBsAg及HBeAg均阳性71例孕妇所生婴儿中65例HBeAg阳性,HBeAg阴性孕妇所生婴儿HBeAg均阴性。HBeAg阳性婴儿出生时的HBeAg平均值为126.78 S/co,1月龄的HBeAg平均值为14.93 S/co,较出生时下降88.22%；2月龄时HBeAg平均值为3.80 S/co,较1月龄时下降74.55%,较出生时下降97.00%；7月龄时HBeAg平均值为0.59S/co,达到阴性水平,转阴率为90.77%(59/65)。出生时HBeAg阳性婴儿的HBeAg平均值与其母亲HBeAg平均值呈正相关(r=0.512,F=34.07,P=0.000)。结论:婴儿出生时HBeAg值与母亲产前HBeAg值呈正相关,考虑为母源性；婴儿体内的母源性HBeAg能够迅速清除,婴儿出生1个月内清除速率快,7月龄时母源性HBeAg基本清除。

[Abstract] Objective:To study the correlation between infants HBeAg and mothers HBeAg as well as the clearance condition of mother-to-infants HBeAg. Methods： 98 cases of HBsAg mothers who delivered during MAR, 2008 to DEC, 2010 in Nanjing Second Hospital were chosen, of which 27 with HBeAg negative and 71 with HBeAg positive. 98 cases of corresponding infants are with negative HBVDNA quantity and HBsAg. The change of infants HBeAg from birth to present and clearance condition should be observed. Results： 71 cases of mothers with HBeAg positive gave birth to 65 cases of infants with HBeAg positive, while mothers with HBeAg negative gave birth to the infants all with HBeAg negative. The average quantity of infant with HBeAg positive derived from maternal HBeAg at the birth time was 126.78 S/co; it was 14.93 S/co one month later, which declined by 88.22%; it was 3.80 S/co at two months age, which declined by 74.55% compare to one month ago and declined by 97.00% compare to birth; it was 0 ......
