【摘要】 探讨护理干预在主动脉夹层急诊CT造影检查过程中的作用。6例病人全部顺利完成主动脉CT增强扫描，扫描图像达到最佳，护理工作及时、周到，病人及家属均表满意。C T 增强检查前充分及时的准备工作与心理护理干预、检查过程中护理人员保持高度的责任心，认真观察患者的反应情况并及时给予妥善处理，对提高主动脉夹层急诊CT造影检查效果至关重要。
