  【摘要】目的：探讨左旋布比卡因腰麻-硬膜外麻醉在老年人工全髋置换手术中的应用。方法：选取我院在2007-2011年间收治的63例需要进行老年人工全髋置换手术的患者，将63例患者随机分为两组，观察组33例，对照组30例，观察组患者采用左旋布比卡因腰麻-硬膜外麻醉方法进行麻醉，对照组患者采用布比卡因腰麻-硬膜外麻醉方法进行麻醉，并实行人工全髋置换手术。结果：通过采用左旋布比卡因腰麻-硬膜外麻醉方法对患者进行麻醉，患者的手术过程顺利进行，而且手术后所产生的不良反应较少，这对于促进患者病情的快速改善和生活质量的提高有较大的帮助。结论：采用左旋布比卡因腰麻-硬膜外麻醉的效果较为显著，对于降低患者发生不良反应的机率有较大的帮助，值得在临床上推广应用。

 【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the levobupivacaine spinal anesthesia - epidural anesthesia in elderly workers in total hip replacement surgery. Methods: 63 cases admitted to our hospital in 2007-2011 need for elderly workers in total hip replacement surgery patients, 63 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group, 33 cases, 30 cases of the control group, the observation group were treated with L-bupivacaine spinal anesthesia - epidural anesthesia methods of anesthesia, control group treated with bupivacaine - epidural anesthesia methods of anesthesia, and the implementation of total hip replacement surgery. Results: The patients through the use of levobupivacaine spinal - epidural anesthesia method of anesthesia, the patient's surgical procedure is carried out smoothly, and fewer adverse reaction after surgery, which promote the rapid improvement of the patient's condition and life improving the quality of a great help. Conclusions: Levobupivacaine spinal anesthesia - epidural anesthesia effect more significantly, to help reduce the probability of adverse reactions occurred in patients with large, worthy of clinical application.

 人工全髋置换术是一种在临床上较为常见的老年性手术，此种手术的创伤较大，而且出血较多，对患者的刺激也比较大，由此导致患者需要承受较大的痛苦，严重的还会危及到患者的生命安全。此外，由于老年患者通常还伴有心脑血管等疾病，导致其机体功能的调节功能较差，从而给麻醉处理提出了较高的要求。当前，临床上采用左旋布比卡因对患者进行术前麻醉的效果较为显著，对于患者病情的改善有较大的帮助[1]。现选取我院在2007-2011年间收治的63例需要进行老年人工全髋置换手术的患者，对其采用左旋布比卡因对患者进行腰麻-硬膜外麻醉的情况进行回顾性分析，并将回顾结果报告如下。
