【摘要】目的：探讨神经内镜下经鼻经蝶垂体瘤切除术的护理配合技术。方法：回顾性分析总结13例该手术的护理配合经验。结果 手术配合默契，手术效果满意，无因护理不当的并发症。结论 护士应熟悉经单鼻孔入路的解剖特点，熟练配合手术，认真做好术前准备，加强患者心理护理，术中密切观察病情变化，严格无菌操作，预防感染，这是手术顺利完成的重要环节。

 Abstract Objective：To investigate Endoscopic transnasal transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection care with the technology.Methods：A retrospective analysis of the summary of the 13 cases of surgical care with the experience.Results：of the surgical act in harmony, surgical results were satisfactory,no complications due to improper care.Conclusion：Nurses should be familiar with the anatomical characteristics of the endonasal approach, skillfully combined with surgery,earnestly preoperative preparation,strengthen psychological care of patients,surgery close observation of changes in condition,strict aseptic technique to prevent infection,which is surgery successfully completed important part. ......
