摘 要：护理安全管理工作的到位与否，很大程度的决定了医疗纠纷的发生频率。临床上，由于护士法律意识淡薄、护理过程中态度不严谨以及责任心不强等因素均为安全护理工作埋下了隐患。通过加强病房的设备安全管理、实习护士安全管理、护理告知安全管理、病人安全管理以及患者投诉安全管理等措施，可明显提高护士的安全防范意识，有效降低医疗纠纷的发生。
