 眾所周知，妊娠是否成功，很重要一点在于子宫内膜的容受性，子宫内膜在月经周期的大多数时段没有黏附性， 仅在 “种植窗”期， 子宫内膜在极短的时间内允许胚泡植入，即子宫内膜容受性。子宫内膜的厚度、形态以及血流状态等因素会影响子宫内膜容受性，关于子宫内膜容受性的研究一直是辅助生育领域的热点，本研究利用彩色多普勒能量图，在围排卵期对不孕症患者子宫内膜下血流分型进行检测，评估不孕症患者的子宫内膜容受性，为临床治疗不孕症提供参考。
