摘要：目的:研究润肤剂对硫酸镍(NiSO4)诱导的体外培养皮肤组织表皮ICAM-1表达的影响。方法:润肤剂组用润肤剂局部外用于皮肤表面，随后给予硫酸镍刺激48h；无润肤剂组用生理盐水代替润肤剂同法处理皮肤。免疫组织化学染色图像分析法检测ICAM-1的表达。结果:润肤剂组皮肤组织表皮ICAM-1表达明显较无润肤剂组低(P4)诱导的体外培养皮肤组织表皮ICAM-1的表达。提示润肤剂对硫酸镍引起的接触性皮炎可能具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of emollient preparation on skinICAM-1 expression induced by nickel sulfate. Methods:Cultivated skin was divided into 2 groups: emollient group was treated with topical emollient, no-emollient group was treated with 0.9%NaCl. Both groups were stimulated by NiSO4 for 48 hour.
