【摘要】目的探讨经阴道B超引导下黄体穿刺的护理措施。方法对本科2013年11~12月2例进行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)采卵后发生不全卵巢扭转的患者在阴道B 超下行黄体穿刺, 得以及时解除患者痛苦, 将患者损伤减少到最低的护理进行总结。结果2例患者在黄体抽吸后腹痛立刻减轻。结论经B超引导黄体穿刺治疗是卵巢不完全扭转的可行治疗方法, 效果明显。良好的护理及健康宣教也可加速患者的康复。

 【Abstract】Objective To investigate nursing care of corpus luteum puncture guided by vaginal ultrasound in the treatment of incomplete ovarian torsion. Methods There were 2 cases of incomplete ovarian torsion after assistant reproductive technology who were cured through corpus luteum puncture guided by vaginal ultrasound nursing care which reduced patients damage to minimum was concluded. Results Abdominal pain of 2 patients was relieved immediately after corpus luteum drilling, and the effect was obvious. Conclusion Corpus luteum puncture guided by trans-vaginal ultrasound was effective for incomplete ovarian torsion and excellent nursing care accelerated the recovery of patients ......
