  【摘要】目的探讨呼吸机辅助通气在高血压脑出血患者中的应用及护理措施。方法72例使用呼吸机辅助通气的高血压脑出血患者随机分成观察组与对照组, 每组36例, 对照组实施常规护理, 观察组实施系统护理干预, 比较两组患者并发症发生率。结果观察组及对照组各死亡2例。观察组并发症发生率(17.65%)明显低于对照组；平均收缩压、舒张压(123.48±10.14)、(84.56±6.85)mmHg控制更为合理。结论对高血压脑出血患者使用呼吸机辅助通气时实施系统护理干预, 有助于降低并发症发生率, 控制血压水平, 改善患者预后。
