[摘要] 目的：总结小儿脑性瘫痪的护理经验，探讨小儿脑性瘫痪的护理要点，提高护理质量。方法：对280例小儿脑瘫患儿根据其病情采取相应的护理措施。结果：78例患儿痊愈出院，有效139例，无效63例。结论：小儿脑性瘫痪的发生原因很多，但及时采取正确的治疗方法和相应的康复护理措施，能提高患儿日常生活中的能力，使患儿最大程度地回归家庭和社会。

 The rehabilitation nursing of the infantile cerebral palsy

 [Abstract] Objective: To summarize the nursing experience of infantile cerebral palsy, and to investigate the main points of nursing, so as to improve the quality of care. Methods: Applied different measures to 280 cases of infantile cerebral palsy according to their conditions. Results: 78 cases of those got recovery; 139 got partly utility; 63 were ineffective. Conclusion: Many causes induce the development of cerebral palsy. It can raise the daily ability and make the patients come back home and to the society by adopting correct therapeutic measures and rehabilitation nursing. ......
