  [摘要] 目的 分析2003~2010年深圳市观澜街道肺结核防治效果，为今后肺结核的防控提供借鉴。 方法 用描述性流行病学的方法，对2003年1月1日~2010年12月31日观澜街道肺结核患者登记本及项目报表等资料进行分析。 结果 2003~2010年深圳市观澜街道肺结核平均新登记率为19.67/10万，平均涂阳新登记率为13.56/10万；疑似肺结核患者成功追踪率为72.33%；成功完成全程治疗率为74.46%。 结论 深圳市观澜街道肺结核发病率较低，成功追踪率及完成全程治疗率较高，治疗管理效果仍有提升空间。

 Analysis of the tuberculosis prevention and curative effect from 2003 to 2010 in Guanlan street of Shenzhen city

 [Abstract] Objective To analyze the tuberculosis prevention and curative effect from 2003 to 2010 in Guanlan street of Shenzhen ctiy, in order to provide references for future tuberculosis prevention and control. Methods The descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the registration of tuberculosis patients and the project statistics forms from January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2010 in Guanlan street. Results The average newly tuberculosis registration rate of Guanlan street in Shenzhen ctiy was 19.67/10 million. The average newly registration rate of smear-positive was 13.56/10 million. The successful rates of tracking suspected tuberculosis patients was 72.33%, and the full treatment rate was 74.46%. Conclusion The incidence of tuberculosis in Guanlan street of Shenzhen ctiy is relatively low, the tracking rate and full treatment rate are high, there is still space to improve the treatment and management effect of tuberculosis.

 根据卫生部2011年3月21日公布的全国肺结核疫情现状显示，肺结核病仍然是我国重大传染病之一，是严重危害人民群众健康的呼吸道传染病，要求各地切实落实各项结核病防治措施，提高防治服务质量，有效遏制结核病的流行。为了解和掌握肺结核的防治效果情况，为今后制订出更为有效的防控措施，现对2003~2010年深圳市观澜街道肺结核防治情况进行分析。

 1 资料与方法

 病例资料来源于深圳市观澜街道2003~2010年肺结核患者登记本、结控项目督导化疗全程管理肺结核患者一览表及其他肺结核防治登记资料和报告卡片。辖区人口资料来源于观澜街道办事处统计办。采用描述性流行病学方法对患者及相关资料进行综合分析。

 2 结果

 2.1 一般情况

 2003~2010年观澜街道总人口平均595 420名，常住人口平均20 199名，其中，男平均9 937名，女平均10 262名；暂住人口平均575 221名，其中，男性平均261 574名，女平均313 647名。

 2.2 肺结核发病及涂阳登记情况

 2003~2010年辖区新登记肺结核病患者937例，平均新登记率为19.67/10万，其中，新登涂阳患者646例，平均涂阳新登记率为13.56/10万 ......
