  [摘要] 目的 探讨我校护理本科生心理健康水平的影响因素。 方法 随机抽取167名2010级护理本科生，采用SCL-90症状自评量表进行心理健康状况评估。 结果 我校2010级护理本科女生在躯体化、焦虑和恐怖3个因子的得分显著高于男生(P 0.05)。 结论 性别和经济来源情况是影响我校护理本科生的主要因素，应有针对性地对他们开展心理健康教育。

 Investigation on the influencing factors of psychological health status of nursing undergraduates

 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the influencing factors of psychological health status of nursing undergraduates in our school. Methods A total of 167 nursing undergraduates in 2010 were randomly investigated with Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and their psychological health status were analyzed. Results The scores of somatization, anxiety and phobic anxiety in female group were significantly higher than those in male group in nursing undergraduates in 2010 (P 0.05). Conclusion The gender and economic situation are the main factors influencing the psychological health status of nursing undergraduates in our school, and they should be considered when the psychological health education is carried out.

 近年来大学生的心理健康状况日益受到关注，研究表明医科大学生的心理问题高于同龄人[1-2]。现代大学生已经成为心理问题发生率高且程度严重的一个特殊群体。为进一步探讨我校护理本科生心理健康状况的影响因素，笔者随机抽取了167名2010级护理本科生，采用SCL-90症状自评量表进行心理健康状况评估，为开展护理本科生的心理健康教育提供参考。

 1 资料与方法

 1.1 一般资料

 随机抽取我校2010级护理本科生167名，其中，女生119名，男生48名；年龄18～22岁，平均(20.28±0.79)岁。
