【摘要】 目的：了解临床病原学送检情况，以促进抗生素药物的合理应用。 方法 对2012年1-12月抗生素治疗应用的病原学送检率进行回顾性调查，通过现场查看标本采集、运送、保存等全过程，查找问题，并提出应对措施。结果 全院抗生素治疗应用的病原学送检率为56.75%，送检率前五位的科室为重症医学科、感染内科、呼吸内科、骨科、神经外科，送检率分别为78.70%、73.47%、73.44%、68.23%、67.61%；通过现场查看标本采样合格率为60.89%；对微生物结果满意的91.18%。结论 加强微生物病原学送检，为临床一线提供依据，进一步规范标本的采集、运送、保存等。

【Abstract】 Objective： In order to promote the reasonable use of antibiotics， we researched the cases of clinical etiology submission.Methods： We retrospectively investigated the pathogenic detection rate of antibiotic application from January to December in 2012.
