【摘要】 目的：探讨风湿性心脏病心力衰竭的临床治疗方法及效果；方法：回顾性分析我院确诊的68例风湿性心脏病心衰患者临床资料，在常规“强心、利尿、扩血管、抗血栓”等治疗的基础上，加用β1受体阻滞剂，随访观察半年；结果：68例心衰患者，心功能恢复至Ⅰ级有6例，Ⅱ级38例，Ⅲ级16例，Ⅳ级8例，治疗有效率达88.24%。；结论：β1受体阻滞剂治疗风湿性心脏病心衰是一种有效、简便、安全的方法。

【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the clinical treatment and curative effect of rheumatic heart disease and heart failure； methods： retrospective analysis of our hospital diagnosed 68 cases of rheumatic heart disease patients with heart failure clinical data， on the basis of conventional "strong heart， diuretic， vasodilator， anti thrombus" treatment， use of β 1 receptor blockers， were followed up for 6 months； results： 68 cases of patients with heart failure， cardiac function recovered to grade I 6 cases， 38 cases of grade II， 16 cases of grade Ⅲ， Ⅳ 8 cases， the effective rate was 88.24%. ； conclusion： β 1 receptor blockers for the treatment of rheumatic heart disease and heart failure is an effective， simple， saf
