 Abstract： In this paper， the clinical application of laparoscopic exploration in the gastrointestinal surgery emergency. Laparoscopic exploration and treatment of the results of accurate， minimally invasive， low incidence of complications， short treatment time， fast recovery， applicable to the clinical treatment of gastrointestinal surgery.
