 【摘要】目的：通过采取预见性的护理干预降低肝硬化门脉高压性胃病并发上消化道出血患者的再出血率和死亡率。方法：现对2009年1月收入我院的41例肝硬化门脉高压性胃病合并上消化道出血患者的情况进行分析。结果：使临床共治愈40例，转往外科1例。结论 ：从用药，饮食，生活，心理，病情监测几个关键的护理环节采取预见性的护理干预，能很好的预防出血，降低患者的死亡率。

 【summary】Abstract Objective: To take care intervention to reduce the predictability of portal hypertensive gastropathy associated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with rebleeding and mortality. Method: now for the January 2009 revenue of 41 hospital cases of liver cirrhosis with portal hypertensive gastropathy in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were analyzed.
