【摘 要】：目的 探析西药房对高危药品实施管理的相关策略以及用药安全情况。方法 选择我院西药房药品管理人员作为研究对象，在2013年6月-2014年6月未实施高危药品管理前的药房不良事件发生情况实施分析，并制定相应的管理措施，并统计2015年7月-2016年7月期间实施的高危药品管理后的药房不良事件发生情况，分析药房不良事件发生率情况。结果 通过在西药房实施高危药品管理后共发生12起药房不良事件。结论 通过在西药房实施高危药品管理有利于减少药房不良事件，提高患者用药安全。
