摘要：目的：总结盆腔置管滴注抗生素联合理疗治疗盆腔炎的护理策略。方法：对我院治疗的80例盆腔炎患者采取敏感抗生素盆腔置管滴注同时辅以理疗的综合疗法，观察其临床效果，并总结护理体会。结果：80例患者，治愈60例，好转17例，无效3例。结论：对盆腔置管滴注抗生素联合理疗的综合疗法，要做好盆腔置管前的心理护理，正确采用敏感抗生盆腔滴注和理疗，同时注重皮肤护理，可显著提高治愈率。
