 【摘要】目的 探讨老年人社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的诊疗效果。方法 动态观察分析92例老年人社区获得性肺炎的临床资料。结果 多在冬春季发病,临床症状不典型,并存在多件基础疾病。结论 对老年人CAP患者早期发现,早期合适治疗,降低病死率。

 【Abstract】Objective Intention Probe into senior citizens community acquired pneumonia (CAP)'s medical treatment effect. Methods Dynamic viewing and analysis 92 senior citizens community acquired pneumonia clinical information.ResultsAlmost of them got this kind of sick in winter and spring. Clinical symptoms were not representative, and existed many kinds of basic diseases. Conclusion To senior citizens community acquired pneumonia's sufferers, the earlier found and took appropriate treatment, the less fatality rate.
