摘要：本文通过结合中西医学理论分析和研究高血脂症的致病因素，并以预防医学和循证医学作为指导，提出了相应的预防和治疗措施，进而得出结论：采取得当的预防和治疗措施，进行科学的健康宣教工作，可以有效控制病情，提高病人生存质量，减少并发症的发生。
