【摘 要】 文章对艾滋病防治工作中面临的一系列伦理难题进行了分析；探讨了处理这些难题的伦理原则；最后，从理论的高度对这些伦理原则的理论依据进行了深入的思考。

 【Abstract】This article analyzes a series of ethical problems in the prevention and treatment of AIDS, and discusses about the ethical principles in dealing with these paradox. In addition, theoretical basis is proposed for further consideration of these ethical principles.
