【摘 要】 痛苦和恐惧几乎是所有艾滋病病毒感染者和病人知道自己患病情况以后的最初反应，这种恐惧又使大部分人尽可能隐藏自己的患病情况。然而，在面对强大的生活压力和死亡的恐惧时，对社会救助资源的渴望和对治疗的需求迫使他们不得不暴露自己的病情。而无论是对病情的隐瞒和暴露，都是艾滋病感染者在遭遇污名时采取的应对策略。本文从人类学视角,对莱卡佤族农村社区艾滋病感染者在遭遇污名后采取的隐瞒与暴露两种应对策略进行了分析。

 Coping strategy for stigma of AIDS patients in rural community of Wa ethnic group

 【Abstract】Grievance and fear are the primary reaction of nearly all AIDS patients who first learn of their infection. The fear will also make them endeavor to conceal the fact of their infection. However, when facing great pressure of life , fear of death, desire for social assistance resources, and need for treatment, they have to reveal their disease. Either concealment or revelation is the strategy of AIDS patients in coping with stigma.
