【摘 要】 艾滋病是一种被严重歧视的世界性疾病。自从医学界鉴定出艾滋病病毒那一刻起,它的不可治愈性和传染性就使人类陷入了极度地紧张和恐惧之中,与艾滋病相伴而来的一系列不同程度的歧视则对艾滋病的预防和治疗以及艾滋病感染者和病人的生活造成了严重的负面影响,极大地增加了艾滋病给社会生活带来的潜在压力。艾滋病歧视问题不仅存在于人口密集的汉族城市,在边远的少数民族农村地区同样突出。笔者以云南中缅边境一个佤族农村社区为例,采用人类学的研究方法对歧视给艾滋病防治以及感染者生活的负面效应进行分析研究。

 Negative effect of prejudice on AIDS patients and AIDS prevention in rural area of Wa Minority

 【Abstract】AIDS is a severely prejudiced disease in the world. Since the time when AIDS virus was detected in medical field, its incurability and infectivity had thrust people into great tension and panic. Accompanied with AIDS is a series of prejudice which had severely affected AIDS patients and their life, and even negatively influenced AIDS control and treatment. The prejudice has greatly increased the potential pressure of AIDS against social life. Prejudice against AIDS not only exists in densely populated city, but also manifested in remote rural area of minority groups.
