【摘 要】 护理临床带教是培养实习生临床实践中工作能力的重要环节，带教的方法直接影响着实习生今后的职业能力和综合素质水平，带教老师要在临床实践中应用科学有效的带教方法，提升临床带教水平，使实习生更快的适应临床护理工作，提高职业能力，推动未来护理事业的发展。
