【摘 要】 目的：探讨儿童重症胰腺炎的护理经验。方法：对我院2018年8月～2019年9月在本科进行治疗的5例重症胰腺炎患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析，针对患儿在患病过程中出现的各种症状、体征实施一系列有效的护理措施，并对患儿及家属进行健康心理指导，总结护理经验。结果：4例患儿痊愈出院，1例好转出院。结论：根据患儿的具体情况做好针对性的临床护理、管道护理、饮食护理、心理护理及出院指导对患儿的治疗及愈后至关重要。
