【摘要】目的：探讨螺旋CT在胸部创伤中的表现和诊断价值。方法：对本院收治的27例胸部创伤的患者进行临床、影像资料进行回顾分析。结果：有肋骨骨折22例，肺挫伤19例，创伤性湿肺6例，肺撕裂伤3例，气管、支气管裂伤2例，气胸11例，血气胸6例，血胸8例，心包积液2例，胸外合并伤11例。结论：CT能明确创伤的部位、性质和程度，具较高的敏感性和特异性，为临床诊断和处理提供可靠的依据。

[Abstract]Objective To evaluate the performance and diagnostic value of spiral CT in chest trauma. Methods: 27 cases of chest trauma patients admitted to the hospital for clinical, imaging data were analyzed retrospectively.
