【摘要】目的探讨个性化护理服务模式在产科患者护理中的实施方法和效果。方法我院就诊的136例孕产妇随机分为观察组和对照组，各68例，对照组实施常规护理措施，观察组在对照组的基础上实施人性化的护理服务模式，包括人性化的住院环境、全面准确的知识宣教，根据产妇具体情况实施个性化服务等。结果 与对照组比较，观察组孕产妇对护理满意度明显高于对照组(p0.05)。结论 在产科开展个性化护理服务模式后，产妇个性化需求得到满足，提高了产妇及家属的满意度和护士的职业素养。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mode of implementation of personalized care methods and results in patient care in obstetrics .
