当前位置: 首页 期刊 《中国医疗管理科学》 20144 编号：13668748 血涂片分析在血常规检验中的应用价值评价 http://www.100md.com 2014年8月1日 《中国医疗管理科学》 20144 应用价值血常规检验血涂片分析   【摘要】目的:探讨血液常规检查当中采取血涂片分析的临床应用价值。方法：对经过血液分析仪监测的标本进行血液涂片观察以及白细胞分类，同时对采取临床生物化学检验的300例正常血液标本以及1200例异常血液标本进行对比，分析研究血涂片的临床应用价值。结果：在300例正常血液标本当中，采取血液涂片检查一共有4例异常，其中假阴性为1.32%；1200例异常血液标本，采取血液涂片检查一共有562例正常，其中假阳性为46.83%，并在血液涂片当中发现有异常红细胞、中性粒细胞、幼稚细胞、异常淋巴细胞等。结论：增强血涂片检查工作可以使疾病诊断有效率明显提高，对临床诊治提供一定的帮助，因此，在临床治疗之前不管病人采取血液分析仪的结果怎样，都要采取血涂片进行观察，进而使临床诊断准确率明显提高。

 The value evaluation of blood smear analysis applied in blood routine test

 Abstract Objective: To explore the clinical application value of blood smear analysis applied in blood routine test. Methods: Observed blood smear and classified leukocyte of specimens which were monitored by hematology analyzer. In the meantime, compared 300 cases of normal blood samples and 1200 cases of abnormal blood samples which were tested byclinical biochemistry. Analyzed the clinical application value of blood smear. Results: Among the 300 cases of normal blood samples, there were 4 cases abnormal and the rate of false negative was 1.32%. Conclusion: Enhancing blood smears checking work can obviously improve the effective rate of diagnosis, provide help for clinical treatment. Therefore, before the treatment, no matter what the result of hematology analyzer is, patients must take the blood smear to observe in order to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis. ......
