【摘要】 目的 评价多层螺旋CT(MSCT) 对结肠癌合并肠壁穿孔的诊断价值。 资料与方法 回顾性分析17例经手术证实的结肠癌合并穿孔的MSCT表现。 结果 17例患者中，11例X线腹平片发现腹部游离气体，15例CT见腹部游离气体。17例均发现结肠管壁不同程度的增厚，伴有肠梗阻6例。CT术前正确诊断肠穿孔15例，诊断正确率为88.2%(15/17)。术前正确诊断肠癌合并穿孔13例，诊断正确率为76.5%(13/17)。结论 MSCT对于结肠癌合并穿孔具有较高的术前诊断价值。

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the diagnose value of multislice spiral CT (MSCT) in perforated colonic cancer. Materials and Methods The MSCT imaging findings of 17 patients with perforated colonic cancer were reviewed retrospectively. Results In the 17 patients， plain abdominal radiographs depicted free air in 11 patients and MSCT depicted free air in 15 patients.
