摘 要：目的：探讨瘢痕子宫第一次剖宫产手术的时机及术中情况对再次剖宫产的影响。方法：通过对260例前后两次剖宫产手术中情况进行的回顾性分析。结果：第一次剖宫产手术时机，手术情况，对第二次剖宫产有明显的影响。结论 第一次剖宫产应注意手术时机，以提高第一次剖宫产的质量，减少瘢痕子宫剖宫产的手术难度及并发症。
