【摘 要】 目的探讨凶险型前置胎盘杂交手术治疗手术过程中的护理要点。方法回顾性分析收治的2例凶险型前置胎盘并胎盘植入的病例资料。结果凶险型前置胎盘合并胎盘植入者，经杂交手术和积极术中护理，孕产妇预后良好。结论凶险型前置胎盘严重危及母婴安全, 进行杂交手术并做好术中护理可最大程度保证母婴生命安全。
