【摘 要】 目的总结神经外科中各种引流管的护理心得，为日后护理工作提供一定的理论支撑。方法随机抽取2011年1月—2011年12月期间在我院神经外科住院并留置引流管的患者30例，采用回顾性分析法对患者相关资料及护理措施进行分析。结果13例脑室引流患者，3例瘤腔引流患者，5例硬膜外引流患者，9例蛛网膜下腔引流患者在引流期间，全部严格按照护理措施进行，均未出现明显的不良反应，临床护理效果显著。结论神经外科中引流管种类较多，护理过程中应根据置管特点，严格实施对应的护理措施，保证临床护理效果。
