【摘 要】 平衡计分卡是一种全新的绩效管理工具，近年来在医院得到广泛的运用。本文首先阐述了平衡计分卡内涵，分析了其应用于医院绩效管理的可行性，最后讨论了平衡计分卡四个维度在医院不同发展时期所占的比重，强调平衡记分卡的实施必须符合医院具体实际情况。
