【摘 要】 功能性子宫出血是更年期妇女的常见病症，必须经过全面检查做出明确诊断。治疗方法多数采用保守疗法。本文采用中西结合疗法治疗更年期功能性子宫出血48例，取得了较好的临床效果。中西结合用药可以诱导月经及阻滞子宫内膜发育，从而加速患者卵巢残存卵泡的萎缩，增加血管阻力，减少子宫动脉血流。
