【摘 要】 老年人是心血管疾病的高发人群，老年人因为年龄增大以后，心血管器官组织出现结构与功能退化。老年性高血压临床症状复杂，血压不易控制，通常合并多种疾病。所以在治疗过程中要仔细，采取个体化用药，提高疗效，降低心脑血管事件，防止并发症，提高患者的生存质量。
