摘要：近年来的研究表明，工作中社会-心理因素与心血管疾病的发生有关。工作中的社会-心理因素如轮班作业、高工作需求、低工作控制等是影响心血管疾病发生的主要危险因素，机体在这些危险因素的急性或长期慢性刺激下可引起心血管反应性的变化，从而导致各种心血管疾病的发生。此文综合阐述了这些研究结果，并着重分析了工作中社会-心理因素与心血管反应性的相互联系及其机制

Abstract：Many researches have indicated recently that certain relationship exists between psychosocial factors at work and the prevalence of cardiovascular disease. Psychosocial factors at work (such as multi-shift in work，higher work-demand，lower work-control，etc)are risk factors affecting cardiovascular disease. When these risk factors stimulate the body in acute or long-term chronic process，the cardiovascular reactivity will be changed，resulting in cardiovascular disease. This article summarizes elaborately these research findings，and focuses on analysis of the relationship between psychosocial factors and cardiovascular reactivity at work and their physiological mechanism.
