摘要：中毒性肝损害在临床上十分常见，发病率仅次于病毒性肝炎。本文主要从肝脏对药物(毒物)的代谢、肝损害基本要素以及中毒性肝损害的发病机制研究等方面进行综述，以便于今后临床科研工作。
