[摘要]IgA肾病是世界性的疾病，也是最常见的原发性肾小球肾炎。多达15-20%的患者在有明显症状的10年内和30-40%的患者在诊断后的20年内发展至终末期肾病。MMF是一种抗代谢免疫抑制剂，逐渐被用于治疗IgA肾病。本文就MMF治疗IgA肾病的疗效和安全性作一综述。
