摘 要：随着医疗建筑的不断发展，象征着现代化医院建设的许多标志工程也为日后的维护维修提出了更高要求，以巡视服务为着眼点，立足科学的管理方法和手段，提高改造和维护维修质量，才能确保医疗建筑健康稳定地运行。
