摘 要：在医院建设项目推进的诸多问题中，招标采购的无序是较为突出的问题。根据医院特有的专业系统多、招标子项目数量大等特点，通过编制医院项目的招标采购的规划、计划和专项方案，能很好地解决招标采购的范围界面不清晰、进度跟不上主体形象进度以及招标失败等问题。

 Abstract: Bidding disorder is more prominent issue in many problems of Hospital construction projects in advance. According to hospital-specific characteristics that many of the professional systems and large quantities of Tender sub, we can solve the problems including the bidding range of interface is not clear, Progress can't keep up the progress of the main image and reduce the problem of failure of bidding through the development of the hospital project bidding plans, programs and special programs.
