摘要：对当前医用工程建设前期管理存在的一些问题如可行性研究报告编制水平不能满足实际需要，人为压缩医用工程建设投资规模及总工期等问题进行了分析。并对如何通过细节控制，确保建设目标最终实现进行探讨，阐明做好前期管理工作的重要意义。

 Abstract: This paper analyzes some problems such as the feasibility study report of level not meeting the actual need, artificial compression medical engineering construction investment scale and total construction period.It explores how to realize construct target by controlling details and also narrates the significance of carrying out preliminary work well.
