摘要：供应室改造应严格按国家法规和地方标准要求设置流程，主要有去污区、清洁区、无菌物品存放区和生活辅助区，人流、物流分离，各区采用单向流程设置，强制通过不得交叉和逆行。而供应室改造期间如何安排供应室过渡，成为供应室改造的一大难题，南京中医院在供应室改造过程中采取原地改造，分步实施的做法，有效地解决了供应室改造期间的供应室过渡问题。
