摘 要： 文章结合上海市第一人民医院(北部)的实际情况，分析了影响医院交通的基本因素以及交通治理的必要性，介绍了该医院在交通治理方面的具体做法，并提出了一些建议。

 Abstract： The article analyzes the basic factors that influence hospital traffic and necessity of traffic management through the case of Shanghai First People's Hospital (North)； introduces the specific practices at the hospital traffic management， and gives some recommendations.
