摘 要：文章通过对华西医院近几年新建和改建工程的实践，从相关法律法规的要求、节能评估分类管理、节能评估分析报告的编制及审批流程等方面探讨了节能评估管理工作的内容，并提出医院建筑节能评估的注意事项，供广大医院基建管理同行参考。

 Abstract： Through the practice of the West China Hospital construction and upgrading projects in recent years， the article discusses energy assessment management， and hospital building energy assessment precautions from aspects of relevant laws and regulations， energy assessment category management， energy assessment analysis report preparation and approval process， for peer reference.
